Speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) drills help you have quicker feet, to move as fast as possible, ability to change direction quickly and effectively, improve balance, and improve your reflexes for a faster reaction time.
Increase your power with lower and upper body plyometric drills, also known as “jump training” or “plyos” exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time.
Improve posture and balance, injury prevention, rehabilitation and sport performance enhancement. Torso muscles are known as the powerhouse muscles, core stability assists in providing a solid base upon which all other muscles can work upon to initiate movement.

Stephen is a former English professional soccer player, playing at Everton FC and Derby County. Unfortunately, an injury cut his 10-year career short.
As a pro he was coached by top Elite European sports performance coaches and gained a lot of knowledge and expertise in their training methods.
Stephen is a Master Personal Trainer. He is the manager, head trainer, and Sports Performance Director at LA's #1 boxing/fitness gym Box ‘N Burn. He is also one of the head coaches at Box ‘N Burn Academy.
Stephen's clients have included Reese Witherspoon, supermodel Amber Valletta, Hollywood film producer - Brian Grazer and more. However, Stephen's real passion is working with professional boxers and pro-athletes at the top of their game: Professional boxer, former amateur Commonwealth, European & World Champion - Michael Conlan. Professional boxer, British & Commonwealth Champion, former WBO WORLD CHAMPION, Professional boxer-WBA WORLD CHAMPION Kal Yafai.
Josh has been extremely passionate about fitness since the age of 8; playing soccer professionally until the age of 18 when unfortunately, an injury forced him to hang up his boots.
Applying knowledge from his degree in sports science for performance. Josh has worked with a number of professional athletes focused on all aspects of his clients’ training, including nutrition; physiology; psychology and strength and conditioning
His love of sports has since been wholeheartedly channeled into helping others achieve their fitness goals. This has included many private clients as well as professional athletes from the world of boxing; ice hockey and soccer.
Through his work with top professional sports teams and personnel; Josh has extensive experience in assisting clients achieve goals whilst also rehabilitating any injuries or physical limitations.
